my stomach is as already muscular enough but i just need to thin my legs out and burn fat off of them ( mostly my thighs)

I understand just what you mean but no amount of exercise in any target area is going to completely get rid of the fat unless you actually burn more calories than you take in鈥?there simply isn't a specific exercise that will make fat disappear from your thighs as opposed to your stomach, hips, or chest.Multiply the amount of fat and calories that you use daily by increasing the amount of time you exercise over the course of a week. Aerobic exercise such as walking, bicycling, rollerblading, swimming, jogging, and dancing performed three to five times a week for 30-60 minutes can help burn more calories and get rid of fat legs

use low resistance, high repitition excercises to burn fat without adding excessive muscle mass...if the weight is to much you will have big muscular legs that may make them look like drum sticks...try lying on your side and doing leg lifts and doing squats either with no weight or just a weight bar, but be sure to do like 3 sets of 20 during your normal workout regimen
