i need some good advices on what kind of exerices i should do. and what i should and shouldnt eat or drink. i really need to lose the weight. i'm almost 17 and overweight. please give me some good exericese i should and any other advice. thanks.

Don't go on any "crash" or fad diets. They simply don't work. Cut down the fat and sugars in your diet. Eat moderate portions of the food you enjoy. Drink tons of water. There are lots of exercise programs out there. Try different things to find what works for you. Make sure it is FUN for you and doesn't hurt you physically or you will not keep it up. If you can't do any other exercise, take a 30 minute walk every day. Something that personally helped me was to switch from eating a sandwhich and chips for lunch to a nice hearty, healthy salad. I lost 27lbs just doing that and walking. Just keep it sensible and healthy so it will be a lasting lifestyle change and you'll lose the weight and keep it off! Good luck!

STOP THE FASTFOOD, become a vegetarian for a while, you'll lose it alot faster then you think.3 to 4 lbs weekly is possible
There is a diet called the Hollywood Diet. Type it under yahoo and find the product. It's a two day diet that consists of a botanical fruit mix and water. Only thing is, you can't eat anything for two days. But the drink mix is suppose to cut craves. This diet helps you lose up to 10 pounds in two days. Just think of it as a fast. After you do this diet- get a body wrap. It cuts you another size smaller
I lost 70 pounds around your age. Don't skip meals do alot of walking, Eat Fish skinless chicken even a steak now and then, Portion the size of your meals, And definitely NO snacks unless it's fruit. And most of all stick to it, And remember this phrase EAT TO LIVE DON'T LIVE TO EAT. Best of luck Stick to it and the pounds will melt off!!
give ur self a good distance to run depending on ur physical condition. try runing a mile or so for the first time just so u know ur own limit. and after that do anything that is consider cardio like. push ups, sit ups, and squats. avoid weight lifting cause it sounds like ur just trying to get toned up. as far as food just avoid sodas and fast foods nothing special do 3 sets of everything same amount of times, works faster
