i want to gain some muscle...i dont wanna look like a body builder or anything like that...i just want a muscular butt and thighs...because i have a flat behind and flabby thighs.can u plz describe some exercises i can do. Any tips will be greatly appreciated...thanx

definitely squats! and make sure to do some cardio (running, power walking, biking... anything to get your heart rate up!) in order to burn fat as you build muscle.plies, passes, back attitudes and arabesques and other dance moves really help, too
