look, skipping meals isn't good trust me i've tried that. if u dance a lot and u are active, then just wit that u can lose 10 pounds. and yes fruits and veggeis will hwlp u but u should really eat other things as well. exercise helps u lose weight faster.

If you just eat vegs and fruits you will lose the weight but if you put in a hour of cardio you will be there for sure good luck

Well whatever you do please don't starve yourself. The best thing to do is to keep to a balanced, but healthy diet. As well do regular exercise. I do karate which can burn off punds in minutes. Try something new in exercise! and enjoy eating healthy food.
