I want to drop 30lbs in 2 months is it posible? what do i do?

Very possible! just exercise for an hour a day and don't drink pop.
Yes it's possible if you have the will power. Put down the spoon and drinks lots of water. (not tap water) You can do it! Good luck.

Oh hey! I saw an infomercial for shapely secrets last night on t.v. and I seriously want to try it out. I have a bad back and it gets really hard for me to do strenuous exercises and this looked so easy. Its something like 7 minutes of excersize a day and she gives you tips on foods that are low calorie but fill you up so its easier to lose weight. Supposedly the results are 14 lbs in 2 weeks and 1 dress size. They also said that the weight you're losing is actual fat and not muscle. Im sure a lot of it is water weight in the beginning. You should check it out online andmaybe ask if anybodys tried it. I know Im gonna!
thats borderline dangerous to try and lose that much weight in 2 monthes. However if you have the willpower (which Im guessing you do not by the fact you are 30 pounds overweight) then you can combine a low calorie diet with a strenuous exercise routine and worst comes to worst throw on alot of layers of clothes and sit in a sauna
