I want pin thin...?

i want pin thin arms like very skinny arms can you achieve that with dumbells or does that make them bigger? and how do i get them??

The only way you can achieve that is by starving yourself, and that by no means is healthy.Instead, reach for toned arms since pin thin arms aren't sexy at all, but arms that are lean and tone are! Just work out with very light weights (1, 2, 3 lb) and lots of repetition: bicep curls, tricep presses, flies, etc.There are lots of online resources where you can look for an arm workout for yourself.
That makes your arms big. (muscles...)
if u lose weight it goes all over. dumbells will make them bulky but u do want to tone.
it will make them get bigger or just stay pin thin with a little muscle. my arms are already "pin thin" and I weight lift and they're still thin but I can see my muscle when I flex
Put your arms in casts for a few weeks -the muscles will atrophy and then you'll have really teeny arms.

Yes, and I am assuming that you wants your arms smaller through toning the muscles. You should use a very low weight, but at higher repetitions. You could start off with 1.5 or 2lbs.
if you use dumbells it will gain muscle in your arm and make it bigger but it will make it look more fit!
go on a eating plan. I would also suggest that you get a personal trainer so you can eat/exercise the right way as well.

Dumbells build muscle so no, it doesn't make your arms thinner. If you want thin arms, just diet and exercise, and the fat will come off.
it depends on the person on whether its achievable or not. for lean muscle try yoga and pilates. great workouts to achieve long lean muscles. just my opinion. check with your dr to see what workouts are best for your body type.

Hmm, it is depend on your bone density and genetic make up of who you are. Then, you can reach your goal to how you can become.
Thas gross why would you want that.How about you take some protein,and use heavy dumbbells to build muscles.Instead of bones,and skin.Tone it up.Dont do pin think..lol
Weights don't make your arms bigger. They define the shape. You won't have pencil thin arms you will have beautifully shaped and defined arms. They will not make them like a body builder, because you are a woman and genetically are not made to develop those kind of muscles. ---Go for healthy great shape verses pencil thin arms.
I'm sorry to here that...Arms that are tone are what looks good!! So if you use weights than they will tone them making them look bigger so if pin thin is what u want than working on the muscle isn't gonna get u what ur lookin to achieve. I think if you would just be sure to get rid of any flab (if u have any) than toning them up will help and that looks alot better than flabby skin. Good luck
