but still no progress.will lateral thight trainer will work for me to reduce my abdomenial fat?
Answer:
If it's alot of weight you should be doing more than sit ups...you need to burn the fat off.burn the calories...which will involve sweat! Sit ups alone won't do it over night...work out and eat less.
Sit ups can will build muscle and may increase stomach size rather than reduce, you want cardio workouts to reduce fat.
ok, from what i'm hearing; sit ups arent the way to go..they dont help your abs.check seventeen.com, they have good exercises to get strong and lean abs
Try Jogging.
hahaha that's were you're wrong, my friend.Sit ups are only meant to improve muscle tone, not reduce it.
If you're into shrinking your gut, do some cardio
(e.g. jogging, swimming)
cardio helps reduce ab fat because you are burning it get on the tred mill.you can not do it by crunches alone 30 mins
You should try jogging or swimming. It's natural that only sit ups can't reduce abdomen size.
After I had my children (I've three) I plugged in some good music, opened my front door and set out walking as fast as I could ( I don't like jogging ) and that put me in great shape.I'd be out about 45 min, walked a route of a little over 3 miles. I listen to favorite music as music fills me and sparks my mind more while I'm out exercise walking. Exercise walking toned up my whole body...including tummy area. Between that and being responsible of my eating ( no " dieting " ) I'm in shape.
.
try swimming lap at the local public pool. no impact and really works.
no you should do like 40 every wednesday or something thats what i do.
When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.Guide to Reducing Body Fat - http://www.straighthealth.com/pages/guid...
