I want to excersize to be healthy, but everytime I work out just a little I get really sick to the stomach.?

I used to be able to run 1 mile at a time without this happening. But for the past month I've been getting queezy just by jogging .10 of a mile. I tried doing something less intense by just walking, but that also makes me light headed. Help?

Do you have regular bowels? if not ,it must be the reason, try to eat more fiber foods it really helps.
in this case try eating really healthy you know 6 small meals a day include a lot of vegetables and fruit and protien for about a week then try... when you get all the essential vitamins then your body should fine... then after that week continue to eat healthy then try to do a quick jog
