I want to get in a shape without dieting.?

i am riding a bike everday for 20 min. and i eat whatever i want because i dont want to be skinny. is there anything that you can suggest me? six months ago i lost weigth and i was very thin but after starting eating i gain a lot of weight.i am 55kg.
Answer:
You do not need to diet to lose weight (nobody does), you do not need to live on salads, and you obviously like you said, don't need to lose weight.Eat healthily, eat balanced meals, find out your recommended calorie consumation, there are many sites on this so google it, this will keep you 'maintaining your weight'. Bump up your cycling to around 30-40 minutes, I'd suggest going swimming as it works lots of muscles in one sitting, I'd also suggest running which will give your cardiovascular system a good kick up the back side.
try french toast. their delicious
55kg?That's not very heavy at all, why would you want to lose even more weight?
lots of water,green salads,and ofcourse 20min biking.you are back babe !.
Try to eat healthily rather than go on a diet. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables and bowl sized portions of carbs. The bike riding is good. I walk and go swimming but am trying to increase my physical activity. I think it might be time to get my bike out too.
actually eat watever u want!!! no need to eat salads if u hate them.....so d best way is water therapy!! if u drink 1 bottle full of water after u get up and then take ur milk u can lose weight very easily even without exercise or dieting!
so have fun!!
haha dont we all...no pain no gain im afraid
It doesnt matter what you look like! Just be yourself and have a great time in life!
Cut out all 'white' foods and eat wholegrains instead i.e. porridge oats, brown rice and wholemeal bread %26 pasta.
(NEVER skip meals - You'll only be more prone to snacking on unhealthy treats. Things like chocolate are still okay in moderation though)In terms of exercise, simply walking to places more often is a great way of shifting the pounds. If you use public transport, try getting off a stop early or something, and window shopping for the morning/afternoon would be great form of exercise too. So go treat yourself!Oh yeah, swimming and trampolining are good as well.Don't get hung up on trying to be 'skinny' again. As long as you're healthy and happy then that's all that matters.
You do not need to diet to be in shape. You say you are 55 kg, that is not very much.Riding your bike is great in many senses, so keep doing it.I would do twice a week some toning exercise for the upper body, giving those days the "bike muscles" a rest.
Push ups, crunches, etc. are great complements to the cycling exercise. The use of light weights or resistance bands are also of great help. Just find and do a simple routine to tone your abs, back, arms and shoulders. It does not have to be to complicated or long.Stretch specially after your work out routine and cycling.Reduce fatty foods and white bread and rice and pastry, Go for veggies, lean meat, poultry, fish, etc. etc. when you can. It does not have to be a diet, just a matter of habit and choice and you will also be well nourished.
Diets are rubbish. You have the right mind set but by eating what you like - is that healthy stuff?
Basically eat your 5 fruits and veg a day, cut out refined foods like white bread, white rice ect.. and eat brown rice, brown bread, potato, beans, cook in olive oil and keep butter and marg to a minimum. Have you last meal of the day at least 2 hours before you go to bed. And drink lots of water and keep excercising. Have a treat every now and then but not every day. By doing it this way you won't have to worry about dieting ever again, its a lifestyle!
