I want to loose 15 pounds.?

Hi all, what is the best diet to loose 15 pounds in one month and what exercise should I do to tighten my abs. Thanks a lot for your ans. in advance.
Answer:
Watch your calories-drink plenty of water. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days and try total body strength training 2-3 times a week. Doing total body workouts will help build muscle and burn extra fat. I have been doing this for 5 weeks and have dropped 5 inches. As for abs try planes and crunches. or throwdowns are really good
crunches: easier than sit-ups, and in my experience, more effective.
hai! friend i think u want to loose 15 pounds know daily u must walk atleast 2 k m and u take daily 1 egg and 2 or 3 fruit juices and do meditation and dont eat banan y means banana is very weight food and energy ok!!!!!! vudayar.
Water, salads, and fruits. Pounds fluxuate throughout the week so don't count pounds but your waist size by the end of the month. This diet might be a little dull but its do able. EAT breakfast! healthy food like cheerios, bananas, apples, or oatmeal in the morning. For lunch eat vegetables like iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and you can add some grilled chicken. Don't use the dressing for salads since those are high in calories and the grilled chicken should be enough flavor with your salads. From my experience, I ate nothing but salad for a whole week and had some serious diarrhea since salad alone isn't solid enough so its go on ahead and eat some not the processed kind but the whole grain wheat breads. Avoid greasy oily stuff but try to steam oe boil your foods instead. Get your hands on some salmon fish since those are healthy too. Have a light dinner eating fruits and some more salad. The TRICK to sticking to your diet is to drink A LOT of water and eat your food SLOWLY, so by all means grab a friend to eat with you and take as long as you need to chew your food while drinking plenty of fluids since it takes the body about 20 mins to realize your full and your goal is to feel full but not stuffed. Its ok to treat yourself to some food you like but as long you exercise afterwards. For exercise, I reccommend jogging for 20 mins JUST to get your heart moving and another 10-20 mins then jogging or doing some exercises like jumping jacks, sit ups, and other exercises to work your stomach area and jogging helps expands your lungs bringing in more oxygen which helps you burn more calories. Start off easy when it comes to jogging just enough to get you breathing and stick to that pace and kick it up a notch. You can exercise one day, rest a day, exercise a day. If you begin to slack off at least do about 50 situps in the morning and 50 at night.Water and fruits are your friend, its ok to have a slice of pizza or something once in a while as long as you exercise harder that day. I lost at least 20 pounds and remember that you won't lose it overnight so find a steady pace and doesn't have to be exactly as the way I explained it so that you can stick to it for a month and not a week.Best of luck
A couple of weeks ago I heard about a weight loss drug called phentermine 37.5mg from a girl who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using it. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using phentermine 37.5mg. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) on 4/19/07 from a website called US-Pills.com. I received my order in 6 days, 4/25/07. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients. I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) since 4/26/07 and I can tell already that it's working!! Here are some of my results so far. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look smaller. My phentermine came with instructions, which instructed me to take 1 pill per day in the morning 30 minutes prior to breakfast. I take my pill as soon as I get up and go to the gym about 30 minutes later. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day. The only side effect I have experienced so far is dry mouth. The dry mouth causes me to drink a ton of water, which is great anyway for weight loss success. I'm now drinking about 80 ounces of water a day. Before phentermine I had to force myself to drink water and only drunk about 20-30 ounces a day.I'm very excited about this product. I believe I finally found something that will help me reach my weight loss goal.I help this was helpful to you. Good luck!!
Anywhere you turn there seems to be a new gimmick, pill, or program for weight loss. Some promise you a better body in three minutes a day while also promote more realistic solutions, asking you to eat less, eat certain foods, exercise more, or take pills. After seeing multiple success stories, you feel amped, ready to purchase the product and get on board. But, have you really researched the program? Do you know what you are getting? Further, do you know what you need?As a professional researcher, I have several tips for you when searching for a weight loss or fat burning product. Weight loss does not happen over night. Regardless of what lies an infomercial has told you, you need discipline, time, patience, and dedication for weight loss. When weaving through the weight loss maze, keep several things in mind.1.Eliminate red meat from your diet, it stays inside of your body for over six days and causes belly fat.
2.Take Flax oil, it flushes your body of toxins and excess weight
3.Drink 8 to 12 Glasses of water
4.Go for a walk on your lunch break. If you are unable to fit it in, walk when you come home from work with your family or friend.
5.Drink 2- 3 cups of green tea per day it is a metabolism booster.
6.Eat five to six smaller meals per day. Eating breakfast is extremely important.
7. Eat grapefruit and citrus fruit they can natural help you eliminate body fat.
8. Go to the library or bookstore and check out a book on rhythmic breathing exercises. This can help you lose that stubborn belly fat by increasing fat oxidation and causing muscle contractions in your stomach. Although, these tips will help, I can tell you that when you are trying to lose weight, you will need something to fight the food cravings, burn excess fat, keep your mind and will focused, stay motivated, and feel fulfilled. When my patients come in for nutrition advice, I reccomend the B4A Extreme Weight Loss System. The system includes Hoodia and Soy Protein Supplements to suppress your appetite.
