I want to be a size 0,whats the best diert?

i really want to be a size 0 im a size 8 right now but i really bneed 2 lose the weight 4 prom, whats the best crash diert

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
If your below 18 eat all food groups you need to grow, if your an adult become a vegeterian I guess.
a size zero is very small but if it's really what you want please do it the healthy way, more fruits and veggies drink lots of water white meats , chicken and fish, peanuts and almonds they contain the good fats. good exercises for burning lots of calories jogging and squads and lunges. i suggest that you see a nutritionist and trainer to help you lose weight the healthy way since your really young, your mom will probably freak when she knows you want to lose the much weight but i;m sure she'll prefer you doing it the healthy way and under her supervision.

well u should put more info on here i mean if ur like 16 at like 5 6 or something like that u dont need to be a size 0. im 13 5ft and im a size 00- 0. No im not fat or anerexic. but i guess just run 2 miles a day and eat very healthy. but if ur proms real soon like in the next 2 months thts impossible.
