I want to lose 5-8lbs in two weeks. Any suggestions? I'm already going to start drinking more water, and walk about 45 minutes a day. What are some other things I could do? Any tips? p.s. I don't have a gym membership and am not going to get one. I need at home exercises, ones that will slim my body down and not gain muscle.

Hey im dieting as well, and so far, swimming, exersize ball, and a punching bag has brought me from 150 down to 124
that and eatting heathly food, really works.
