Your young bro, I started lifting when I was your age! Heavy weight and low reps and remember your growing so sleep alot and eat good. High protien, grams equal to body weight. Try a dragon tail wkt on bis ( I still do this and I am 26) start off with the 5 lb dumbells and do alternating dumbell curls for 10 reps then jump to 10lbs, then 15lb, then 20lb and so on unitl your arms fail. Work all angles of the arm and very your exercises. Remember most of the size of your arm will come from the tricep. Think about it the bicep has (two muscles) while the tricep has 3! Just becuase it is behind you dont forget about it! Same with you back. And most of all be patient!

you get them by being healthy, working out, and growing up. You're only 13... you aren't mature enough to be super-muscley... you will have to wait.

watch it... don't ever overwork yourself when you're that young. (ok, i'm 13 myself, but w/e.) you should never aim for bulky muscles until you're in, lik, college. just excercise regularly, and you'll be able to get big muscles (if you want them that much.) when you're older. otherwise, you might hurt yourself beyond repair.
first of all if you want huge arms the right way it takes alot of hard work and dedication , or , a good labor intensive job . just know that the key to the arms is the legs and core not to mention shoulders and neck for as you work each individual group you release the chemicals needed to ensure good muscle growth . remeber this saying " sure your arms are big , and , so are the legs but without the neck you look like a noodle ." also there are plenty of derogratory remarks about people who only work one muscle group .
Sheesh, what do you need muscular arms for at your age...I don't recommend bodybuilding till you're 18 (it's best to make the most of your growth spurt before training). if the girl you're trying to impress can't wait till then she's not worth itOh, and another thing, if you're gonna ignore me and build your arms you need to build your shoulders, back, legs and torso (we can't have you looking like Popeye)
Don't work out yet-you're still growing and developing, and it's unhealthy tog et huge arms at your age.
Stay fit and athletic, and when you get older, start working out a lot daily with heavy weights.
