I want to loose weight but i am always on the go what can i do?

i want to loose weight but i am always at work,or taking my neices somewhere ,or running here or there, i never have time for myself to do anything,i don't want to take pills or anything so if anyone has any other suggestions let me know thanx?

Don't drink any carbonated drinks - not even diet ones. Cut down on carbs adn cut out sugars. Do not drink anything with your meals as the liquid swells your stomach and you eat more. Think about what you eat before you eat it and cut down on portions. Don't say diet. I used to be 276 now 138
You are using energy when you are "on the go". You are also taking in energy when you eat. Cut down the amount of calories you take in compared to the amount you use. Try not to gorge on one meal. Eat snacks through out the day. Park far away from your destination so that you get some exercise that way.
Girl, don't worry, I have the same problem, I even have a gym membership that I've only used once, and I'm still paying the monthly fees! But that's another story, well as for you that's great that you're always running around keeping busy rather than just sitting on your butt all day and not doing any type of physical activity. Since you do not want to take pills you can simply just eat healthy foods, I heard that if you snack on little things during the day it's way better for you than being hungry and waiting to eat one big meal, for example for breakfast eat a yogurt or some oatmeal, then later you can even snack on dry fruit or a bagel or something like that, and when you go out for lunch get a salad with light dressing or even none at all.or if you bring your lunch then pack healthy foods still, bring stuff to make your own delicious salad or a turkey sandwich and replace chips with fresh fruit or a jell-o cup (something along those lines). Then if you snack later before dinner snack on fat free pretzels or carrot and celery sticks (substitute ranch dip for fat free italian dressing or fat free ranch even) and for dinner cook yourself some white or brown rice with grilled chicken or whatever meat or seafood you like. Try to avoid sodas, you can drink juices or even those energy drinks, some of them will fill you up. And if you can in your busy schedule give yourself about 10 mins or so before you go to sleep to do a few excercises, you can even purchase a beginners workout tape, they even have tapes that are made for busy woman and have short, simple workouts for a woman on the go, like yourself!
