I want to lose 10lbs as quick as possible!?

I know it shouldn't be done this way, but I want to lose 10lbs as fast as I can as I have something coming up. I haven't got loads of free time so loads of hardcore workout sessions are not an option and also I would still like to eat, so starving isn't an option either. What should I eat and how much exercise should I do? In fact is you can give me a exercise plan that would be great. I dont have access to gym equipment, all I have is my lateral thigh trainer and my living room. I don't want to go running or anything as I don't like exercising in public. Please help!

Wow, not asking much are we? But, eliminate ALL white flour and sugar from your diet. Also eliminate caffeine and get your heart rate up for a minimum of 30 minutes a day! Ride a bike instead of a car for short trips, walk instead of taking the elevator or escalator, walk on your lunch breaks at work.Good luck with that! ;)

Trying to achieve unrealistic goals will be counter-productive.You are being too ambitious, and anyway, why the need to lose 10lbs?To my mind, too many people want to be too thin these days.
oh dear! are they going to weigh you before you enter the building? surely its how healthy you look and not about standing on scales all the time. aim to be a certain size, not a certain weight. weight has fook all to do with it. if it was about weight then you shouldnt eat carbs or drink water and dont excersise, but! carbs give you energy (but if its dodgy cads hen youll become bloated), without water you dehydrate (and with it- well, your body weight has something to do with it being mostly liduid), and without exercise youll be be breathless and look un healthy. but hey! you look and feel like shite, no worries, you lost weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
trim down fr eating rice .eat lots of veggies and fruits.more juices too.but u know the best way is to execise

you don't want help you want a quick fix , well try eating less like if you have 4 toast in the morning then have 2 and cut all you meals in half good luck
