Anyone who has tried it or lost weight. How it works. what were your results I am thinking about starting it on sunday for a week or two.

if you read the label...it's a lot of calories in a liquid form! it's not that satisfying and is full of unnecessary calories to me. eating a well balanced meal is better. try eating several small meals a day to help you feel full all day.
It works, but unless you stay on it and/or change your eating habits, expect to gain the weight back when you stop.As for me, I need a lot more than a shake to keep me full, unfortunately.

i tried slim fast..its a JOKE and it makes ur hair fall out. dont waste ur money.
You still need to diet and exercise. You don't even need the Slim Fast. They AREN'T filling. They are more like snacks.
I've lost 26 lbs on it so far. Go to slimfast.com and check out their snack and meal combination suggestions. BTW...the chocolate snack bars are REALLY good :-)
