I want to lose 20 pds by June 13 how many calories a day do I need?

my birthday is on the 12th of june and I am trying to lose 20 pounds by that time to. soo I think i am going to eat 900 calories a day like so I will eat alot of little things so i get full and drink alot of water just add calories but if you stay at 900 we should lose the weight.
do this. its kind of a "ana" diet but whatever. i do it all the time and it works cuz u dont screw up ur metabolism too bad.
its called the 2,4,6,8 diet.First Day-200 calories
Second day-400 calories
Third Day-600 calories
Fourth Day-800 calories
Fifth Day-only water ( i do eat fruit this day too)
Repeat
You will need to burn over 2000 calories a day. 3600 calories to a pound
20 pounds
35 days3600 x 20 divided by 35
The number of calories you need to eat per day will depend on how active you normally are.
2000 a day is recomended for health reasons, instead of reducing calories, increase activites. try jogging.
Just eat a little.
