Answer:
First, buy a George Foreman nonstick countertop grill or something similar. It will be easy for you to put boneless meat or fish inside and grill to your taste. You can also add sliced vegetables inside the grill at the same time the meat is cooking for a completely healthy meal.Chicken - boneless breasts are easiest to use in the above grill. Thighs and drumsticks are great marinated in bottled teriyaki sauce (I add in fresh sliced onions), and then baked in a 350 oven for 30 min or grilled outside. Make sure chicken is not pink inside no matter what the cut.Pork - Boneless pork is easiest to use in the above grill. Buy pre-marinated pork loins at the store (warehouse stores have large ones), bake according to directions and there should be enough left over to put on salads in the coming week.Beef - ground hamburger (I get the lowest fat possible) is great in the above grill, or sauteed with onions and vegetables. If you're buying steaks to grill, make sure they are marbled or they will be dry. Crock pot is great for a lot of beef - there will be recipes that come with the pot.Fish - Bad fish will put you off eating fish for life. Be sure to buy good, firm fish that doesn't smell fishy. Fish crisps up nicely in the above grill, bakes beautifully with a little butter and lemon, and goes with almost any vegetable.Don't forget the vegetables! In as many colors as possible! Wishing you good fortune and happiness.
use a barbeque or microwave
get cream of chicken soup, rice, and chicken. Whisk the rice together with the cream of chicken and throw the chicken on top and bake at 350 for like 45 minutes...YUM YUM! Throw in some peas and carrots for more health
watch rachel ray and her show 30 min meals - they are high in protien and flavor + she shows you how to cook an appitizer, meal, and dessert/ side dish all in 30 min.! so check the show out.
Grill it or use a grill pan with minimal fat to prevent sticking. Big piece of meat...side salad w/ vinegar and oil. No carbs...good luck.
I hope this site is of help.

Use Google and search for cooking instructions for meat to be cooked in 30 minutes or less.
GRILL baby grill
To have a chicken meal in under 30 minutes, you'll need relatively thin slices of chicken breast. Don't buy prepackaged - go to the meat section of the store, it will be cheaper. You're usually looking at something like an hour per inch of thickness (baking) with chicken and pork. Chicken - use a nonfat cooking spray. I like to coat with breadcrumbs and spices (experiment with little spice bags from the 99 cent store - spices are expensive). Lemon pepper, mesquite, parsley sage rosemary and thyme...Pork chops are affordable and often thin cut. I like to bake them with ground cinammon.Don't overcook - baking is healthy but not particularly flavorful so make sure it's juicy. Get fresh vegetables (I like mushrooms and green beans), you can make an excellent topping with soy sauce and brown sugar. Recipes are your friends. Necessity is the mother of invention. For me, the best thing was viewing food as fuel, and not being afraid to eat something that was healthy even if it didn't taste great. It leaves room to experiment and come up with your own flavors.
Buy chicken breast and cut it into small piece-3/4" cubes-then sautee with some olive oil-1-2 tablespoons will probably do the trick. cook over med to med high heat until done-maybe 10 minutes or so. You can add spices as you like. Salt and pepper are a must, but you can get creative with things like chili powder, cumin, etc.
Fish is good baked-it cooks quick.
Red meat you have to be careful with b/c of the fat in it.
Ground turkey is a good substitution for ground beef in almost any dish.
Pork can be lean, but you have to be careful and it may take longer to cook.
BE CREATIVE AND ENJOY.
