when you get an answer to your question please let me know.
Hi! I've been going to sparkpeople to get in shape for summer (I want to lose 10% of my weight by July 4th).
They have exercise demos that you can do at home with minimal equipment ( an exercise band and a swiss ball)They have meal plans and they help keep you motivated and there are teams and communities you can join for support. (I like it better than Myspace!)
It's free. If you decide to join, please tell them I referred you my name there is Honeybea.
to acually save money get off 'fastfood', excersise at home with sit ups, pushups, walking or running aroung your home., lower yur eating habbits by drinking 2 glasses of water before every meal to bloat yorself. "BE STRICK ON YOURSELF"
Here are two very crucial things that you need to do:- Eat healthy, but don't stop eating or skipping meals because it slows down your metabolsim which makes it harder to loose weight and easier to gain it. Cut out any fast food, soda, junk food, ice cream, candy, etc. Try to have big salads for lunch with carrots, shreded cheese, and peanuts on it. In place of juice/soda, drink water with all your meals and during the day. -Work out every day for at least one hour. You don't want to overdo it, it will make you very tired and you won't have alot of energy; it's also bad for your muscles when they're over worked. At most I would say 1 1/2 hours. You can split it up with 20 minutes of running/riding a bike and 40 minutes at the gym, it dosen't really matter. You should also try to get out side alot instead of being inside.
Good luck!
