Treadmill. That is the first place you will lose your weight and you will make your legs toned at the same time.
If your 5'9 (the same as me) and weight 123 lbs, then I think your fine. In fact I think thats too low for someone that tall. My doctor says I should weight between 145-160 lbs because of my height. As for your legs, muscle toneing. Not only does muscle burn fat but it will give you great legs.
Do 20 Min walk daily + Cycling 20 min and eat only vegetable and fruits in your deit avoid junk food
Do lots of walking, buy skipping rope and skip everyday twice a day, even do dancing to your favourite music, buy yourself a dog and walk the dog everyday, eat fruits and vegetables, drink fruit juice like blackcurrant, orange juice, apple juice and avoid junk food. Also do some jogging and buy dumb bells 2kg each and follow the instructions.Get the book called "you are what you eat" by Dr Gillian McKeith it will also help you.
its easy why don't you do some exercise and yoga and most important thing that how much calorie you eat in a day and you should run in the morning in the fresh air.you should try to tiedyour food
you can eat as many as you want , but dont forget walking. it really works
There are some ideas
Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it 鈥?and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.So what should you do about weight control?Being healthy is really about being at a weight that is right for you. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you can benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions listed below to get started.
Don't! You are already skinny. I would love to be that weight.
