To make it even better take 1 apple, split it up in 4 pieces and only have 1 piece of apple and 2 glasses of water at each meal (the times above)

Not gonna happen. Sounds like you're more concerned with a number, and less concerned with losing actual fat. Nothing is, or should be, that important.
that will only work if you are very obese. for me...even when I am sick with the flu or something (which raises your metabolism as your body is fighting an illness)...and eat nothing, I only lose 2 pounds a day...which isn't all fat loss.
It is impossible. There is no way you are going to drop 30-50 lbs in 10 days. You need to burn 3500 calories on average to loose 1 lb. If you want to lose 5 lbs per day that is 17,500 calories lost (not factoring what you actually take in as well).
On average you can burn about 500 calories per hour doing a very intense cardio routine. That would take 35 hours of non-stop cardio to drop 5 lbs.
Its possible if you are willing to lose muscle as well as fat. I know you dont want to hear this, but when you start to eat normally again you are going to gain it back, plus some.Good luck anyway...

Work twelve hour shifts as a volunteer construction labourer for the next ten days ( they'll work You like a rented mule but You'll burn the weight off, for sure! ) and keep Your caloric intake per day at five hundred calories mostly comprised of protein but mind full to consume fifty five grams of carbs in the diet to maintain brain function. Works like a charm but God help You, it's hard on the body!
