I need to gain weigh, but I need help doin it?

Im 16 years old, Male, 125lbs, very skinny does anyone have any tips on how to gain wieght I want to get up to maybe like 160lbs. thanks in advance.
Answer:
Take in more calories, but try to do it and still eat healthy. You are still in your growing stages, so it is important to get proper nutrition while bulking up.
McDonalds!
Eat carbohydrates, such as potatoes and pasta. At you age and weight, you'll probably do well eating lots of carbs. Muscle does not weigh more than fat, but you should lift weights. You will look better and be healthier. The carbs will provide energy to workout.
Eat. A lot. When you've put on weight go to the gym once every other day, and turn the fat you've put on into muscle.Muscle weighs more than fat, and everyone knows it's better than fat!
Whey Protein Mix
To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.Guide to Gaining Weight - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/g...

Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat - work out and get cut instead of eating a lot and getting fat.
muscle weighs more than fat, have you thought about weight training? If you gain muscle your weight will go up as well.
weights and drink of banana/strawberry milkshakes
drink protene shakes and work out
You have 2 choices:1. Eat lots and lots of meat and work out. Working out will build you muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.or2. Eat Macdonald's.
is there a reason why you need to gain weight? if you are skinny, then just eat more protein, but i think that gaining so much like like 55 lbs. is too much in a short time. weighing more only slows you down, a lot. you should work out at the gym, tone your muscles, and you'll be stronger and faster. i hate it when i see guys at the gym who thinks they're all badass cuz their big but when you see them without they're shirts on, they have a beer gut. you shouldn't do that to yourself. don't be another obese person in America. we have too many.
Dot eat Junk- thats just bad for your heart no matter how skinny you are!! Umm just eat More but still healthy- have lots of starchy foods-Potato,corn, bread etc!! DOnt do too much strenuous exercise-Work out at the gym is the best option to build up muscle mass!
Eat, eat, eat, workout, eat, eat, workout.Don't forget sleep! Sleep is very important for your body to heal after a workout, and for gaining mass. But seriously, try not to go more than a couple of hours without eating. And DON'T eat unhealthy food! You can gain just as much from tons of Powerbars as you can from BigMACS.
hit the weight room you dont want yo gain it but eating junk food not only will it look bad it will later on be bad gain muscle not fat muscle weighs more any ways and the chicks love it
eat chocolates, eat lots of mcdonalds fries and burger, drink a lot of soda, and drink vitamins and do exercise. so you won't get fat. you'll get lean
Eat and eat and eat and go to the gym to turn the fat into muscle. My bro in law did it in 3 months and now he's a hunk.
eat lots of protein and carbs. lifting some weights will help.
Work out, not cardio, just heavy lifting (squats, deadlift, bench), take in tons of protein spread out over the day, get eight hours of sleep, and you'll be up to 200 pounds in two years, no kidding. I was exactly where you were before I started lifting big. Also, get a couple of friends to start lifting with you, that way it's not boring as hell. And don't be afraid to ask other people in the gym, they all started out small too. Good luck and if you stick with it there's no way you can't grow.
