I need to know how to lose 2lbs a week, i weigh 225lbs and i count calories someone help?
Answer:
keep carbs under 90 a day, calories under 1200, fat under 33g, and keep protein high as possible like around 190. Also walk for at least 45 minutes a day at a moderate pace. It will come off before you know it! I lost 75 pounds this way! So I know from experience. Hope this helps! Oh, and also..don't drink pop! Drink only water and as much as three or more bottles a day!
