you gain weight because of water retention...is it visible?
Answer:
Not serious weight. I do a lot of running and its pretty hot in LA so i drink a lot of water even when I'm not running. It's good to be drinking water rather than soda. The excess gets taken care of when mother nature calls. I wouldn't worry about my weight when it comes to drinking water.
I believe so, but in that case most likely temporary.
umm. no i dont believe water weight is visible but yes you do gain weight from water retention but it just leaves. you will be back to normal weight soon probally! Hope i helped!

Why do you even care? Go exercise. The right way is the better way
YesYou will get puffed up ankles %26 wrists, may look fatter in the face etc etc

yes you can..a significant fraction of the human body is water. This body water is distributed in different compartments in the body. Lean muscle tissue contains about 75% water. Blood contains 83% water, body fat contains 25% water and bone has 22% water.
Yes it is definetely visible!! Try to stay away from salty foods because the sodium will cause you to retain water...
