I need to loose weight b 4 the summer gets here im 5'9 and 200 lbs help plzz!?

run!!drink lots of water and run!!watch what you eat, stay away from high sodium foods, processed sugars.fruits and veggies are okay.
i'm 5'7" and 200lbs. I just figure it's too late to make it for the summer now anyway.
It's all about working out. Daily routine. at the very least, do some walking. It's low impact but very effective.
Don't eat any more carbs. No more bread or butter. Just stop. If you can live off meat and veggies from now til the summer you're good :D
I am a little shorter then you and 198 pounds. I used to weigh 215 and lost 17 pounds by just cutting out soda and not going to fast food places. It only took me about two weeks so you should try doing that for a quick loss in weight. Hope I helped :]
I know how! I do this and no matter what any health expert says it really is good for you... it's called FASTING. Just drink water and don't eat anything for like a week and you will loose a lot of weight including fat by the pounds. Trust me it works. you can go 40 days without food before a person will risk death. oh and Fasting also detoxifies your system.
You need to start working out at least 3-4 times a week for approx. 30 minutes to an hour each workout. Decrease your calorie intake. Eat more fruit, veggies, lean meats, and whole grains. I lost 30 pounds in approximately 3 months, but I worked out 3 times a week/2 hours each workout, ate really healthy, and stayed away from as much bad foods as possible. Good luck!
