I need to loose weight but i cant stop eating please advise!!?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
Maybe you need to find the source of your eating. Are you an emotional eater? Do you just eat because you are hungry all the time? I had trouble controling hunger pains, so I went to a weight loss doctor and he prescribed me Phentermine, which is an appettite suppressant and I have lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. Since I'm not hungry now, I eat less ... hence weight loss.
I am in that boat with you too!! I absolutely love every kind of food. My suggestion would be just to get all the bad food out fo the house. Bring in veggies and fruit, healthy things. Don't get down if you slip and have a brownie. Just make up for it later!!
eat one saucer full of food only at each daily meal, breakfast ,lunch, and dinner and dont eat any snaks and cut out all salt intake and drink water only
I'm going though the same thing... my mom told me to keep a book of EVERYTHING i eat so i am conscious of what i eat instead of just eating something every time i think im hungry. she also said that most of the time we are thirsty instead of hungry so try drinking a glass of water instead of eating a sandwich.. food just sucks sometimes... i know :)
I apologize if I sound harsh but here is my opinion: who is in control of what you eat? My point is that you have to control what you eat even if the cooking is done by your mom or whomever. In my house, my mom cooks, but I dont eat what she cooks, I CHOOSE MY OWN FOODS. In addition, look inside your food cabinet and refrigerator. Are you the one doing the grocery shopping? If you buy fruits, oatmeal, and other healthy foods over junk...guess what? When you get hungry, you dont have a choice but to eat what you have in the house. Same as people who are unfortunate to have a home or a job. They eat whatever that is AVAILABLE to them. So my advice is stop surrounding yourself with alot of food, and alot of junk food. Learn how to control your portion sizes. For me, if I was in your situation, before I keep eating and eating without stopping, close your eyes and think about the unfortunate children across the world who have no food...and we are fortunate enough to afford food yet this population goes all crazy on their eating and they complain?!! That is just sad
i definitely know what your going thru i need to only lose 20 pounds and its been torture..one way i stop myself from excessive eating is to stop for a moment and think that if i eat this it will make me gain weight and then that will be more time for me to reach my goal weight...so try to just think for a moment before putting that extra bite in your mouth..also drink lots of water or caffeine free drinks to help you stay full..
