I trying to lose 10 pound for my mother wedding and I want to get int o dress without it being to tight?

10 pounds are not few and it depends on the date u target to lose weight at. i hope its not less than a month. i will assume it's a month, first u have to lower ur daily calorie in take. especially before u sleep. like make ur food after 7 so light. like eat an apple or a low fat yoghurt. drink water as much as u can. exercise at least 30 minutes a day. if u follow this u might lose 2 pounds per week. and that would be satisfying to you
I suggest that you go shopping for a control garment instead. That way you won't be upset that you failed to lose the 10 lbs. You'll still be able to fit into the dress. And you won't have to worry about gaining 20 lbs back after the wedding, when you go off that crash diet.It is also important that you take the dress along when choosing your control garment, because you want to choose one that will fit under the dress well, instead of peeking out of strategic places (under the arms, across the back, etc).

My advise to you is that you shouldn't kill yourself to lose these extra 10 pounds. All you have to do is buy a larger dress. I am not being sarcastic here. You know as well as I do that if you do lose these pounds and you fit into that dress, you will go back to eating and you will put these pounds back on if not some more.The danger in that is when you go on any crash diet you will not lose the fat. Rather, you will be losing from your muscle tissue. And when you put the weight back you will be putting on fat.So if we assume that you started with an extra 10 pounds of fat and you went on a crash diet and lost 10 pounds, you would have lost 10 pounds of muscle tissue. But your body would have retained the 10 pounds of fat because it thinks that you are going through a phase of famine. Now if you went back to your eating habits you will regain the 10 pounds that you have lost. However, your body will think that now you are going through a phase of food abundance and it will start to hoard fat not muscle. So now you will end up with 20 pounds of fat in your body instead of the 10 you started with.Therefore, my advise to you is to buy a larger size dress and to go on a sensible diet/exercise routine that should continue with you to the last day of your life.Good Luck!
