I want 2 lose 15\20 pounds i'm 14 135 pounds + i wanna lose in at home thanks?

please no crash dieting and i wanna lose it in a month and a half p.s. hsm is the best movie ever made can't wait 4 hsm2 airs 8/17/07 zacnessa 4 life!!!

Check out your BMI. 135 is not overweight for many heights and before people on here start helping you lose weight, I'd like to make sure you actually have the weight to lose--and not merely an unrealistic expectation of the ideal weight for your height.If so, create a workout plan you can live with. You are young. Why not join a team at school? That will allow you to interact with others. At home, you could try many workout dvds. The issue at your age isn't Weight but creating a healthy lifestyle. Eatting healthy and finding exercise that you enjoy so that you live a healthy lifestyle. Weight should be the least of your concerns.The key to weight loss is 2 things.
Cardio. Cardio is the best form of weight loss--anything getting your heart rate up. Jumping rope, running, swimming--whatever you enjoy. You need to enjoy it or you won't continue to do it.Food. Weight loss is simple. The calories you burn throughout the day need to be more than you eat. This can be done in multiple ways--eatting less, adding to your exercise, not eatting things with high calories and low nutrional value. On days you are more active you need more food. On days you are less active, eat less.However at 14 diets aren't good for you and I worry about thoughts on weight affecting your self-esteem. Check on your BMI and make sure you are on the high end before beginning to lose weight. If you are in the ideal category, you have a self image problem and aren't seeing your body the way it really is.
