I wanna get skinny!?

I'm currently 16 and weigh 170-174 lbs. I wanna get skinny cause I have tummy fat. I require some pointers on ways to get skinny. I know it's all in the food I eat so could you fellas tell me some good skinny man food that doesn't taste yucky?
Answer:
Um, diets are nice and all but your forgetting about the most important aspect to losing weight. Exercise. There is no way around it, just because you have a good diet, how are you going to burn off the food you eat without exercise? You wont, and it wont help any.
Do you have any muscle? well muscle weighs more than fat. Try and remember that. Also the main way to lose weight is just to burn more calories than you take in. So pretty much just eat less and excercise more...

I'm on The south beach diet, and the food that I love to eat is handburgers w/o buns, hotdogs w/o buns, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, tuna, I eat alot of grapefruit, I drink Crystal light, and some diet soda, I drink alllloooottttt of water b4 and after I eat, that curbes my appetite so I don't overeat, So I just gave up bread. now I eat just veggies, un-fatty meats, and fruits, %26 u need to workout.
gurl u better get skinny!!! heres wat you can do, run for 1.5 hours, if u r tired dont even thinking about stopping just stop for water, then eat A LOT of vegetables and fruits i dont eat vegetables but i eat a lot of fruits i eat bananas, kiwi, oranges, apples, and other fruits i dont know the name of u choose the one if u like both go had eat them!! drink water (A LOT) eat orange or apple in the morning, then in lunch eat brocoli (so u can get ur gas off ur tummy) then at dinner eat it before 6 plz eat a vegetable or fruits dont eat anything in microwave because they get u really fatter cook vegetables in the oven no desserts!! if u wont follow these u'll stay fat
you do not have to drastically change what you eat. i suggest decreasing your food portions a little bit and, if you can, spread it out to more frequent meals throughout the day. plus, increase your physical activity. play a sport or two, lift weights, etc. aside from the calorie burn during the activity, your metabolism will also increase and that will cause you to burn more calories at "rest".
If you only have some belly fat, I would suggest you do some sit-ups. They do wonders for belly fat. Start out doing just 25 for about a weeek, or work up to 25 in the first week and then add another 10 or so over the next 3 days and continue to add 10 or more every 3 days, getting up to 75-100 and continue this and you'll have abs of steel in no time. As far as food goes, I believe 100% in the Atkins diet. You'll drop 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks. If cutting out carbs all together is to much, just cut back on your carbs and you will still lose weight at a decent rate.Good luck!!
that last answer is wrong. You dont have to burn more calories than you eat, generally you should eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and be burning around 300 - 400. Treadmills are a great way to burn fat. Doing crunches will not burn the fat off your body, only build muscle under the layer of fat making you appear even bulkier. The good news is that because you've been doing all these crunches, when you do finally burn off the fat, you'll have an amazing stomach hidden underneath. I started walking to and from work everyday and even that has helped me burn off that hard to get rid off stomach fat. Check out a website called sparkpeople.com. it's free and can help you get an idea of what to eat and how much. They provide you with an excellent calorie counter and it was quite a rude awakening for me seeing just how much un-needed calories I was eating everyday. Anyways good luck and I hope this helps.
