I am very much interested to have strong and big biceps.
But my cheeks are low. when I exercise, the cheeks will go even lower, I look very akward then.
Can someone suggest me how to avoid lower cheeks even if exercised.

I'm not sure about the cheeks thing but if you really want to have great biceps you should definitely work out! its The only way without taking steroids. and don't even think about taking steroids cause those are horrible and it could kill you so don;t be stupid and exercise and you will have great biceps!:) Raven
what do your cheeks have to do with exercising your biceps?Your body has to grow as a whole, so do exercises for your entire body, otherwise you will introduce a muscular imbalance that will make you look odd.
umm what is a cheek? what does that even mean like ur butt??
