I am 5'7 and weight 157 not big at all. I think the weight is in my butt. Anyway, I had a baby a few months ago and want to lose my belly fat. I don't have much to lose, but need to lose what i have. Today, I started running and doing 100 sit-ups. I stop drinking soda and I drink plenty of water. I started all this today, what else could I do? Please serious answer only!! I need to get my tummy back flat.

all you do is go to a gym and sit in their sona...it gets you slimmer with more curves and clears up you face (only if you automatically wash your face with COLD water after it)
i want the same thing. my trainer told me to do CARDIO and lots of it. even though you are doing all kinds of abs, you won't be able to tell b/c of the fatty layer between your skin and muscle. :( i know it sucks, but the only way to loose this is to do lots and lots of cardio and keep doing abs. try the elptical, it's my favorite cardio machine, and with your abs do the incline bench @ highest level %26 be sure to go all the back!Good Luck
