i need to loose weight fast.. is there anything natural i can eat so i can not be hungry so much?

I believe obesity is defined as being 100 pounds or more overweight. Are you more than 100 pounds over? Try dieting with vegetables and chicken for dinner and special k for breakfast. Watch your snacks and exercise every other day for at least an hour (exercise is specified as cardio, jogging, sit ups, push ups, curls, etc etc not pilates or yoga, you have to do actual exercise, not made-up stuff)
Drink water before every meal this will suppress you appetite some. I also heard Green tea works too. How much weight are you trying to lose?
