i dont want to be an athlete but to relax my muscles and sleep better. So i go to fitness and i do easy exercises for 1-2 hours, like for back.

your kidding right? Jogging uses all your leg muscles, and when you do a full body workout you use all your muscles. if you want easy just use light weights, normally when i run for an hour I can go to sleep if I lay down.
What the crap are you talking about.
I know how to work out any muscle in your body with free weights.
